Sea to Believe
Sea to Believe is an expressive arts studio providing individual therapy, gatherings, and seatreats to empower kiddos and families to connect, create, and regulate through a holistic and bottom-up approach to wellbeing. Stacia Boynton earned her Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and has several years of experience as a mental health counselor supporting clients to learn emotional identification and nervous system regulation strategies. She leverages her training in psychology, expressive arts and neuroscience to support clients in expanding awareness to the body, brain, and breath.
