"I’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with Sue over the years at her Transitions Training Studio. As a licensed physical therapist, I value her expertise not only in Pilates training, but her exceptional knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, functional movement and sports medicine. She has helped me overcome chronic low back issues, core strength deficits, and past surgeries that were contributing to my dysfunctional movement patterns. I am so grateful having discovered Sue and the incredible gifts she has to offer. She helps you understand your body and addresses the root cause of dysfunction so that you can move forward and strengthen in a safe way. I have referred many of my patients to Sue and they have shared it was always a positive experience. If you are struggling with pain or feel limited with your physical activities, I highly recommend Sue Boynton. You will not be disappointed!" - Martha Tassinari , Owner of Custom Fit Physical Therapy
