October 28th 7-8:30pm

Join us on October 28th from 7-8:30pm for our first Moving Minds Night at Creating the Space in Humarock. Emily Browder Melville will be guiding us on this night for a fun and creative experience. There is no experience necessary to participate because Shake Your Soul® is appropriate for any body at any fitness level: adults, seniors, caretakers, new parents, teenagers, etc. It helps reduce stress, access creativity, and cultivate joy. Shake Your Soul® is a body-spirit fitness experience that helps you connect with your inner dancer, toss away your inhibitions, and have fun moving your body. Created at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Shake Your Soul® uses inspirational world music and familiar dance favorites to free your hips and heart. Shake Your Soul® features easy-to-follow movements that help you access a feeling of fluid strength, balance, power, and grace. You are led to feel inside your own body, so that the movements feel comfortable, safe, and authentic. As the session develops and energy rises, you are encouraged to follow your own movement impulses independently, with a partner, or in small groups. This is where the beauty happens: in the magic of communing with yourself while connecting with others.
