Personalized Movement & Healing

Transitions Training is a fully equipped GYROTONIC® & STOTT PILATES® studio. Each private session is also influenced by Neurokinetic Therapy®, Tai Chi, Qigong, Breathwork, Yoga & Postural reeducation exercises. Special focus is placed on core awareness, spine stabilization, pelvic orientation, and functional movement.

Through a variety of body-mind techniques, each session is an opportunity to reorganize old patterns.

Meet Suzanne Boynton

Owner of Transitions Training LLC

Founder Suzanne Boynton created Transitions Training to help others experience the healing power of integrated movement. A former gymnast and Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Suzanne holds certifications in GYROTONIC®, STOTT PILATES®, and Neurokinetic Therapy®.

Her approach blends strength, flexibility, spinal stability, and nervous system regulation to help clients move with greater ease and less pain. Inspired by her own healing journey through injuries and surgeries, Suzanne developed a movement practice rooted in both clinical understanding and lived experience—designed to support long-term strength, balance, and overall well-being.
